What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices on our site are in INR (Indian Rupees).
I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse in India. The moment your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS — you can follow it live on our Track Your Order page.
How long does delivery take?
We ship free across India. Delivery time depends on your city — you can track every step of your parcel on the Track Your Order page from the moment it leaves us.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes — returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items with all tags, seals and original packaging intact, and for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
Email customercare@shreeshivam.com with your order ID, a product image and the invoice copy — we will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Call +91 72229 55555 or email customercare@shreeshivam.com as soon as possible (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM). Pre-shipment refunds are processed within 7 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Online payments (cards / net banking / UPI) are refunded to the same account within 7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer within 7–14 business days after the returned product reaches us. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
I entered an incorrect address — what do I do?
Contact us immediately on +91 72229 55555 or customercare@shreeshivam.com with your order ID. If the order has not shipped yet, we will update the address before dispatch.
Can I shop in person or talk to a stylist?
Of course! We have 7 stores across Central India — find your nearest one on the Store Locator. Or book a free 1-on-1 video shopping call with our stylists from anywhere in India.
