What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices on our site are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).

I just placed an order — when will it ship?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 business days of production time before your order ships. Average shipping times are 15–21 days. Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at customercare@shreeshivam.com.

I'm not happy with my order — can it be returned?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive the item, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number inside the returned parcel. Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order with no penalty, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If your item has already been dispatched, please use our return process to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address — what do I do?

If you've entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. You can also reach us at customercare@shreeshivam.com. We can update your address within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we are unable to make changes and no refund will be issued for address errors.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. The average delivery time is 15–25 business days.
